Robin James is the CFO and Managing Partner at Anointed Healthcare Group. He has 10 plus years of experience in financial leadership roles.

His previous experience includes Finance Manager at Avatar Healthcare and co-founder of Emmanuel Global School. His area of expertise is financial planning & analysis, revenue growth, fundraising, corporate finance.

He provides financial, accounting, and operational leadership to the organization. Robin holds an MBA in Marketing from Dublin Business School and Bachelor’s in accounting, he also holds Masters in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Shauntae brings a wealth of expertise with greater than 20 years in sales, operations, and leadership to Anointed Health Group.

Shauntae also has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, advertising, and talent acquisition. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise will be invaluable to our organization.

He has over 14 years of experience in healthcare. The past 10 years with Cantex and their subsidiary Elysian Hospice, where he held the roles of Senior HR Business Partner and Hospice Operations Specialist. Kevin is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard where he served as a Hospital Corpsman and EMT. Kevin holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from University of Arizona Global.

Steve has had a vast career with 30 plus years in healthcare leadership roles. He served as Director, VP, and CEO in the medical specialty hospital industry, home health, palliative care, and hospice industry. His focus has been healthcare sales leadership, business, and program development, and team recruitment and training. Steve completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration and marketing.

Constance has been a Texas nurse for over 39 years. She has more than 21 years of leadership experience in post-acute care management, overseeing diverse groups of nurses and support staff. Constance has extensive knowledge of board of nursing rules and regulations, post-acute care policies and procedures, and advanced nursing skills. She is a Certified Director of Nursing, Certified Assisted Living Manager, and RN-Board Certified in Gerontology. During her personal time, Constance loves being with her family, including her 6 grandchildren, taking care of her 3 rescue pups, and traveling.

The Story of John Thomas with Anointed Health group began in 2018 when John accepted a position as an Administrator/Alternate Director of Nursing for a local home health care agency in Plano, TX. John is a proud graduate of Putnam city High School and Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma, where he earned his bachelor's degree in nursing. John is going into his 21st year in Nursing Career. After 5 years’ experience in acute care, critical care nursing, Oncology nursing, and administrative nursing management, John had his first encounter with home health care and discovered his niche. He found home health to be both challenging and rewarding. Ironically, at this same time, the State of Texas had lifted a long-standing moratorium on licensing new home health care agencies. Seizing this small window of opportunity, John took a giant leap of faith and opened a home health care agency of his own with his sister Susan. He was well supported in this new endeavor by a small group of close family members and friends. John started his own company in 2016 as a home-based business. QA Solutions provided consultation, coding, and home health quality assurance needs. John brought his expertise in Quality assurance and administrative side and Under John’s direction, Anointed Health group has achieved and currently maintains the “5 Star rating” of health care and carries the seal for National Quality Approval, which is an Accreditation on Health Care Organization. Under John Thomas' direction, the organization supports and funds free health care seminars, health screenings, and events focusing on educating and informing the public on ways to maintain a healthy state of wellness. John Thomas enjoys living in Dallas, Texas with his wonderful family.
